Hey! I'm Abby!
I have always had a lifelong passion for movement and fitness. Growing up in Florida outdoor activities and water sports were my thing. I moved to NYC to study Dance, receiving a BFA in Dance Performance from SUNY Purchase, then making the move to NYC to pursue a career in my chosen field. My interest in fitness never wavered and I received a pilates certification and began teaching classes. I also started working/training at Barry's Bootcamp where my love for running and weight lifting took off. I am a proud Half Marathoner (as they say only HALF-crazy) and obstacle race enthusiast. I am interested in making my way to a full marathon and a half ironman in the near future. Working out should be fun AND challenging. I like to push people past what they THINK they can do, but also make jokes because life can get serious but your workouts shouldn't.
Hi! I'm Rachel.
I fell in love with fitness in 2007! Being extremely overweight throughout my teens eventually took its’ toll on my physical and mental well-being so I started slow, and 6 months and 60 pounds later the frequent dates with my couch and ice-cream turned into a romance with 5ks and dumbbells. Totally addicted ever since!! I've recently completed my first marathon and continue to thrive off of setting new goals. The ability to break through barriers I never thought possible is the most amazing feeling..EVER!
With a Masters Degree in Education and teaching Kindergarten for 7 years, I've decided to take a hiatus to pursue this passion full-time. I truly enjoy helping others reach new goals and simply just love providing a kick-ass workout..while having copious amounts of fun! It's all about the process!
