MISSfits for Dummies...

For those of you a bit nervous to come check out what Mainline MISSfits is all about here is a break down of the workout:

5-10mins Dynamic Warm up including a short 1/2 mile walk/jog/run

20-35min Circuit Workout incorporating full body movements with more focused exercises (ex: bicep curls) thrown in for good measure.

5-10min Cool down Lap of about 1/2 mile walk/jog/run and stretching

*if running is not an option, a coach will stay and coach you through an alternative circuit #nomissfitleftbehind
